Coffee & Books started about two years ago as a monthly reading group. Each month we choose a book to read and then discuss it together the following month over a cup of coffee. Recent books we have read include:

Over the last few months, we have evolved into a reading, creative writing and occasionally film group. We enjoy watching film adaptations of the books we have read and “having a go” at writing on themes inspired by our recent readings. Read a selection of our stories and poems here.
We meet once a month on Tuesday mornings at our building in Jersey Gardens in Wickford. We are a small, friendly group and new members are always welcome.
