News from Pete Dear friends What a summer! Although now fast receding into Autumn and shorter days, I am left with some fantastic memories of what God has done over the last few months since the last Inspire E:News. Our family holiday in Wales incorporated an emergency appendectomy for my daughter and our car blowing up! The summer evangelistic project React brought a team of 70 to five locations, four of which were Inspire church (Molesey, Surbiton, Wickford and Herne Bay) initiatives. many were healed, some were saved, churches worked together and quality free Family Fundays were delivered! Then at a Scottish youth festival we saw many of the 600 attending respond to the gospel or for a call to leadership or for healing, and our car blew up again! Mid August our church plant in Inverness saw another conversion and I got to baptise 12 people, including our daughter Freddi (18) and son Josh (16) in Loch Ness on a wonderful day that included a church BBQ! At the same time there have been challenges and frustrations around our churches, but much to thank God for. He is on the move!
